Navigating the CAT/6 and California Standards Reports

Selecting Year and Test:

Select a Year:	Select the desired year (currently, only 2003 data is available).
Select a Test:	Select the desired assessment; CST, CAPA, or CAT/6

Selecting Test Entity:

State Report	The report defaults to the State of California report. If you are already viewing a county, district of school level report, and wish to return to the state level report, select (none selected) in the county dropdown list of counties. Then click View Report.
County Report	Click the down arrow on the county dropdown box and select the desired county from the list. Then click View Report. OR Select View County List and select the desired county from the list. Then click View Report.
District Report	Select the County in which the desired district is located. Click the down arrow on the district dropdown box and select the desired district from the list. Then click View Report. OR Select View County List and select the desired county from the list. Then click View Report.
School Report	Select the District in which the desired school is located. Click the down arrow on the school dropdown box and select the desired school from the list. Then click View Report.
Charter School Report	Because individual charter schools may be reported as a district or a school, it is recommended that when searching for a charter school, select View Charter School List. Select the desired charter school from the list. The click View Report.

Entity Search Function:

Search

Select Search to identify a school, district, or county based on the following:

County Name
District Name
School Name
Zip Code
CDS (county/district/school code)

A list of schools meeting your criteria will be returned. Select the report from the list of schools provided.

Need help?

Remember that these reports may be printed, but may not appear as you see them when printed in standard portrait mode. Adjust your print setting to landscape (sideways) mode for better results.

In order to protect student confidentiality, no scores are reported for any group of 10 or fewer students.
